Thank you for supporting my small business! Every order means the world to me, and I do my best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped by me personally. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it’s handed over to the courier. During busy periods or for custom/pre-order items, processing times may be slightly longer — but I’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

All parcels are sent via a trusted third-party courier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, etc.), depending on your location and the size of your order.
Typical delivery times (after dispatch):

• UK: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside my control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount — check the banner or promotions on the website for current offers!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where available).

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to me at thedemilashco@yahoo.com and I’ll contact the courier to help locate your parcel. Unfortunately, I can’t be held responsible for delays once your order has been passed to the courier, but I’ll always do my best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. I can’t take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
